All materials are picked, packed, and shipped from our fulfilment centre, and will be ready on site the morning of installation. With our own fleet of vans and drivers, you’ll have everything you need to start work – no delays, no stock shortages.
Expert support on hand
Our experienced team of technical engineers and customer service support agents are on hand when you need them. Simply start a chat in the Zuno app to get technical advice, order extra materials or to liaise with the customer if necessary.
Unit19: For your own installation work
Unit19 is the online merchant centre for engineers registered with Zuno for their own installation work. Choose from ready-to-install heating, cooling, and home energy packs — delivered straight to your chosen address, with next-day delivery before 10am.

With the Zuno app, everything is all in one place. Complete your job forms and photos and we’ll do the rest - including generating warranty documents and safety certificates for the customer.
Automated invoices
No more invoicing hassle – we’ll create them for you automatically ready for the weekly payment run. You can also find all of your invoices in the Zuno app.
Get paid quickly
Once you’ve completed your job in the Zuno app, it’ll be reviewed by our technical audit team. Once approved, it’s into the next payment run - usually within a week.

What is going to change?
Starting in October, engineers will join the Zuno network, delivering work from both BOXT and E.ON Next. Engineers will continue to benefit from BOXT’s trusted reputation, smart tech, and no-nonsense installer support.
Why the change?
We want to bring you more work, from heating to electrical and renewables. We’re partnering with more brands to create more opportunities for you.
Will my jobs be affected?
No. When we transition in October, it will be the same app you use today, just with a new look and name. Your login, documents, invoices, schedule of rates, and current jobs will all stay exactly the same.
What do I need to do?
Just keep your app updated so you get the latest features, and turn on push notifications so you’re the first to hear about what’s new.
